Shannon has over 15 years experience in real estate, encompassing both residential and commercial properties. Prior to ownership of Concierge, Shannon was a licensed Realtor and Small Business lender in Cook, Lake, and DuPage counties. Shannon is an Illinois licensed real estate managing broker and holds a bachelors’ degree in Business. Shannon is an active member of the NARPM, Mainstreet Board of Realtors, NAR, and the IAR.

Emily moved to Chicago in 2010 and currently resides in Chicago’s Near North Side, where the allure and architecture drew her in. In this time, Emily organically grew relationships with highly respected attorneys, lenders as well as a wealth of professional vendors such as contractors, photographers and home stagers to assist with every aspect of each individual real estate transaction. She has a wide-spread knowledge of Chicago’s North Side and specializes within the Near North Side, where she enjoys long walks with her two dogs in which she closely monitors the vastly changing market.
