Shannon Lasky, a native of the Chicago area, has been involved with property management for 9 years. Shannon has over 15 years experience in real estate, encompassing both residential and commercial properties. Prior to ownership of Concierge, Shannon was a licensed Realtor and Small Business lender in Cook, Lake, and DuPage counties. Shannon is an Illinois licensed real estate managing broker and holds a bachelors’ degree in Business. Shannon is an active member of the NARPM, Mainstreet Board of Realtors, NAR, and the IAR.

Emily is a well-rounded realtor who embodies her true passion for real estate. She holds an extensive knowledge constructed throughout 8+ years of experience and her business thrives on personal relationships consistently built and maintained through utmost integrity, communication and unparalleled attention to detail. She offers a thorough understanding that real estate is a delicate long-term decision and is dedicated to guiding her clients through every detail of the management, leasing, buying, selling and investing process.
Throughout the years Emily has diligently worked her way up, beginning in 2012 as a leasing agent to holding management titles, including one on Chicago’s few top 1% producing teams. Emily is a certified negotiation expert and has successfully negotiated hundreds of incredibly complex offers with ease. Her clients benefit from her personability and seal-the-deal attitude.
Emily moved to Chicago in 2010 and currently resides in Chicago’s Near North Side, where the allure and architecture drew her in. In this time, Emily organically grew relationships with highly respected attorneys, lenders as well as a wealth of professional vendors such as contractors, photographers and home stagers to assist with every aspect of each individual real estate transaction. She has a wide-spread knowledge of Chicago’s North Side and specializes within the Near North Side, where she enjoys long walks with her two dogs in which she closely monitors the vastly changing market.
